The top is knitted from top to bottom in a single piece, without seams: the yoke in the forward and reverse directions, and the lower part in one direction. To make the shoulder line slightly slanted, the pattern consists of alternating rows of double crochets and double crochets.
For the sample, Cotton gold batik yarn was used with a composition of 55% cotton 45% acrylic and a thread thickness of 330 m/100 g. This is a section-dyed yarn with long dyes. Plain yarn will also work well for this top. Hook No. 2 was used, the fabric was knitted with medium density.

To start knitting you need to dial 143 air. loops +3 lifting loops. The distribution of loops will be as follows: 17 loops each on the left and right sides of the back, 35 loops on the sleeve and front, and 4 corner loops. The raglan corner is formed by knitting two stitches from one corner loop of the base, with one chain loop between them. The upper part of the yoke is knitted according to pattern 1.
Having knitted 16-20 rows in a circle (16 in the sample), then knit the front separately and the back separately. For the back, connect the left and right parts into a single fabric and knit stitches with capes in the forward direction, and single crochets in the opposite direction. To expand the fabric at the end and at the beginning of the row, knit 2 stitches from one base loop. Knit 16-18 rows. The front is knitted similarly to the back.
The lower part of the top is knitted according to pattern 2.
If the yoke turns out to be small, less than the chest circumference, you need to add loops on the sides, connecting the front and back with a chain of chain loops of the required length. If the width of the front and back corresponds to the half-bust, simply connect them and continue knitting. The row should begin with 3 lifting chain stitches instead of the first stitch, and end with a connecting stitch. Knit the bottom of the top in the round to the desired length.
To ensure that the top holds its shape well and fits well, tie the collar and armholes with single crochets. It is enough to tie the top with one row of posts. On the upper corner of one of the back halves you can knit a buttonhole from 3-4 air loops. Tie the armhole with 4-5 rows of single crochets. At the same time, at the inner corners of the armhole, for example at the bottom point, knit one column of two base loops, thus fitting the top to the figure.
To change the size of the top, pick up more or fewer stitches in the starting chain. It is important to adhere to this proportion: 1 part for each half of the back, 2 parts for the sleeves and front, plus 4 corner loops. You can also vary the number of knitted rows of the yoke. Options for a top with a narrow shoulder (as in the sample) or with a slightly lowered sleeve are possible if you increase the number of rows knitted in the yoke.
