Crepe Paper Asters

Asters - These are lush flowers with a large yellow center. They bloom in late summer and delight the eye before the onset of cold weather. But if you want to admire the beauty of this flower all year round, then make it from corrugated paper.
Today you will learn about the intricacies of making asters from multi-colored crepe paper. And in the master class an original idea on the presentation of flowers in a bouquet with sweets is presented.

To work, you need such components:

• tube with PVA glue;
  
• scissors;
  
• corrugated paper of green, yellow, pink, lilac and red shades;
  
• thin wooden skewers (sticks);
  
• sweets;
  
• Scotch;
  
• bright gift wrapping paper.
  

First make magnificent asters with thin petals and a bright center.
Take the yellow crepe paper and, without opening the roll, cut it into strips 3 cm wide.

On one side, make a fringe 1.5 cm long.

Wash it lightly with your hands.

Then unfold the workpiece along its entire length.

Cut into three equal parts and proceed to the formation of the middle of the future flower.
To do this, take one wooden stick and attach it to the edge of the yellow strip. The fringe should be above the edge of the skewer.

Put a drop of PVA glue and wrap a strip around the stick. Glue its edge with glue.

Repeat the procedure 6 times. In the same way, make 7 such blanks.

Now make blanks for the petals. Cut a 6 cm wide strip from lilac corrugated paper.

Make a fringe 3 cm long. Fluff it by hand.

Expand the strip along the entire length.

And glue it over the yellow center. Remember to periodically add PVA glue so that the petals hold firmly.


The result is such a beautiful bud.

Open the petals so that the yellow core of the flower is visible.

Make pink and red asters. Together, they will become a magnificent bouquet.

But first you need to paste over wooden sticks with green paper.
Cut strips 1.5 cm wide and wrap them around the skewers.


The stems should look something like the photo.

The bouquet can be placed in a vase, put in a conspicuous place and admire the beauty of artificial flowers.


If you want to give it to someone, then arrange the craft in an unusual way.
Take chocolates, fix them with tape on wooden skewers and glue them together.

Add to them flowers of asters and wrap them with beautiful gift paper.

The result was an original bouquet.
