Magnets on the refrigerator have become a common thing for us. This is no longer just a small decoration, but a part of the decor, without which it is impossible to imagine kitchen appliances today. Many people collect magnets brought from other cities and countries. Some have themed magnets. But the most pleasing to the eye are magnets made with your own hands, with meaning and soul.
Today you will learn how to make a funny magnet in the shape of a black pig, which will give your household tips on how to handle the refrigerator and properly consume food.

To get started, assemble the following components:
  • - 2 cork plugs;
  • - some thin wire;
  • - awl;
  • - knife;
  • - thermo gun;
  • - marker;
  • - gray threads for knitting;
  • - PVA glue;
  • - scissors;
  • - 2 black beads;
  • - magnet;
  • - disposable plastic plate;
  • - 2 toothpicks;
  • - a sheet of colored paper.

First, let's select 2 cork plugs. Let one be thick and the second a little thinner. You will also need thin flexible wire.

In a thick cork, use an awl to make 2 holes on the sides and insert pieces of wire 5-6 cm long into them.
Tip: if the wire does not break, then use wire cutters or pliers.
Cut 2 circles from the second cork with a knife. We divide one in half - these will be the ears, and from the other we cut out a small circle - this is the nose of our animal.

Using a heat gun we glue these parts to a large cork. The result is a pig's head and half a body with two legs.

Now we will use a dark gray thread and cover the body and legs of the animal with it. The thread is easily fixed to the crust with PVA glue.
Tip: if you want to get a pink pig, then buy a thread of the appropriate shade.

Next, use a marker to draw dots on the nose - a snout comes out. And 2 black beads will serve as eyes.

Towards the back crafts glue a powerful round magnet and a shaped lining cut from a plastic plate. It will imitate the cracks in the refrigerator.

We cut out rectangles from colored paper and write several slogans. For example, “Stop eating after 18.00!”, “If you open the refrigerator often, you will become like me!”, “There is nothing tasty here.” Glue 2 toothpicks to each side.

We attach the slogans to the pig’s legs with toothpicks.
