Materials and tools:
- a light bulb, suitable and blown;
- thin felt of blue color;
- a narrow strip of white felt;
- 20 cm ribbon if you plan to hang the toy;
- pubescent wire of brown tones, green and gold;
- foam material, such as polystyrene foam for stand;
- foil; you can use foil from sweets;
- polymer clay of orange color (plasticine can be);
- glue gun;
- scissors;
- stationery knife;
- acrylic paints - white, red and black (gouache possible);
- tassel.
We cover the bulb with white paint, the base can not be painted.
From the foam, I have a piece of packaging foam, cut a circle of 5-6 cm in diameter. In the middle we make a recess for stability.
From blue felt, cut out a rectangle 11.5 cm long and 5 cm wide. A narrow strip of 1 cm wide and 22 cm long.
From the shaggy brown wire we form two handles.
We glue the edge of the rectangle and wrap it around the base of the bulb.
We lubricate the middle of the cap with glue and glue the ribbon folded in half.
Lubricate the scarf with glue and put it on the neck area of the snowman.
We pull the cap above the cap with a thread.
From the white strip of felt, we cut out the toothed edge of the cap and glue it.
We sculpt carrot from plastic or plasticine and glue it to the place of the nose.
Using the glue gun we fix the handles.
We twist the green fluffy wire, forming a Christmas tree.
We wrap a small foam cube with foil and glue a golden wire bow on top. This will present in the hands of a snowman.
With the help of paints we draw eyes, a smiling mouth.
In the hands we give a Christmas tree and a gift.
