Today we are celebrating a birthday. Besides the big beautiful cake, you need to prepare something else for tea. My choice fell on sweet donuts made from yeast dough. The cooking recipe is labor-intensive; in order for the dough to rise, you need to wait a while. But the treat turns out very tender and airy. If desired, you can add any filling to the center using a syringe.
Products:
- egg.
- vanillin.
- 20 grams of yeast.
- sugar 60 gr.
- milk 140 ml.
- 30 ml water.
- salt.
- drain oil 40 gr.
- flour 410 gr.
Step by step recipe
1. Dissolve the yeast with a spoonful of sugar in water and leave for 7 minutes.
2. Mix flour with salt, sugar and vanilla.
3. Mix heated milk, egg and liquid butter.
4.Add the milk-egg mixture to the flour, then add the yeast. Knead the dough for 12 minutes. Cover the container with the dough and leave it warm for 1 hour.
5. Place the dough on a flat surface sprinkled with flour. Gently stretch the dough with your fingers, then roll it out to 1 cm.
6. Using a glass, make round donuts. Leave for another 1 hour.
7. Fry each donut in a deep fryer with vegetable oil.
8. Decorate with powdered sugar or sweet sprinkles.
So my golden brown donuts are ready. The guests were delighted with my treat. The children drank two mugs of tea and had to share the recipe with their mothers.
