For the base framework, we need:
- Corrugated cardboard
- Wooden sticks (30 cm),
- Fabric, cords, threads, lace,

- Glue (thermo and PVA).

1. First, we cut 3 parts from cardboard - 2 lower parts (triangular), and one part an elongated arc. Mark the rays on the lower part, our sticks will be glued. They will need to be glued with pointed ends to the middle of the bottom. And you choose the number of sticks yourself, I got 13 pieces, but you can make more.
2. As soon as the sticks grip a little, glue the second cardboard part on top and press on top with something heavy. It will be necessary to give time so that the glue dries and everything is well fixed, at least half an hour. After that, you can glue the arc.
3. Now that the whole structure has become solid, you can begin to decorate. We mark on the fabric a size larger than the triangular part, we will need an allowance to bend the edges into the background. We bend the fabric on the upper part and glue it with thermo-glue, and then glue it to the cardboard, and then bend and glue the edges from the back.
4. Now you will need to decorate the arc above. To do this, you can take any tape or braid, pick up, and then glue it to the cardboard. You can atlas, but I found an elastic guipure.
5. Then we will go to the top. I glued an openwork blue ribbon to the sticks, and then the flowers, their size and quantity, too, at your discretion.
6. And the wicker remains the final stage, it is she who can advantageously fill the empty space, and will make the fan nobler. It can be done all over the fan. I had leather cords and threads. But this is not important, you can apply any thin ribbons, ribbons, ropes. We begin to draw each laces in a wave-like fashion - on a stick and under a stick. It is not necessary to pull strongly. You can immediately stick the edges to the stick. I did this at the end, because I improvised, and did not know yet how everything would look. Once you have decided, and the result has become satisfactory, you can trim the excess and stick the rest.
Such a panel can be hung on the wall both in a separate form and located on the canvas, it all depends on your taste and desire.
