From the edge of the prepared sleeve, measure with a ruler of 2.5 cm and mark the point. Gradually around the circumference you need to repeat the action. Then the received points must be connected in a clear, even line.
The sleeve must be cut along the line received, separating a small part from it.
Now, from a thick and thick cardboard, a large circle with a diameter of 9 cm should be prepared.
From a lilac wide ribbon, it is necessary to make the same circle, but add 2 cm for further processing. Its edges must be carefully fused.
Two circles must be connected, greasing with polymer glue one side of the cardboard part.
The remaining non-glued tape allowances must be slightly cut and wrapped to attach to the other side of the cardboard circle.
Now, from a thick cardboard, you need a small circle with a diameter matching the size of the sleeve segment.
Then one more circle should be made from the purple ribbon, with a radius of 3.5 cm. Since the ribbon is not wide enough, two strips should be glued together.
Now both circles of cardboard and ribbons must be joined together, pre-lubricated with glue.
In the center of the large circle prepared earlier, you should firmly glue the section of the sleeve. To do this, it is better to use hot silicone glue, applying it to the inside of the sleeve.
Now, on the edge of a small cardboard circle, you need to apply a thin strip of glue and connect it to the attached sleeve.
The base of the hat is almost ready, you need to continue its decoration.
Around the circumference of the tape allowance should be slightly incised.
Then the free edges of the tape must be glued over the entire surface of the sleeve, trying to avoid large folds and creases.
Now, on the side of the sleeve, you need to attach a white tape using polymer glue. So all the cuts and edges will be neatly covered, and the hat will be more beautiful.
It remains to lay a strip of narrow silver ribbon along the lower edge of the white braid.
The hat is ready, it remains to decorate it with flowers. This will require squares of raspberry-colored ribbon, with sides of 5 cm. In total, 11 pieces will be required.
Now you need to make the petals of all of the created squares. Each part must be folded diagonally of two opposite angles, giving the shape of a triangle.
The folded sides should be left untouched, and the edges with slices should be collected in small folds.
Now all the slices are connected together, they should be cut, aligning. Further, to fix even sections, it is necessary to singe them, carefully processing all the folds.
From all 11 squares, beautiful rounded petals are obtained. From them you need to collect a flower using only 5 parts.
From the remaining parts you need to glue two fans, combining together three petals.
To decorate the hat you need a bow; it needs to be made of a silver ribbon. You need to start creating a bow with the preparation of segments of two different lengths.
Two strips of 8 cm and two of 6 cm are required.
Loops should be made from long segments, aligning the slices, and immediately singeing them for soldering together.
For short segments, you need to make inclined sections, which also need to be treated with fire, keeping them from shedding.
Now these parts need to be joined together, combining one eyelet and one strip. It turns out two halves of a bow.
The created parts of the bow should be glued to the hat, placing them at a distance of 4-5 cm.
In the center of the empty space, it is necessary to glue prepared small fans and a flower.
From the bottom, the hats were left untreated, so the cardboard surface should be glued with a lilac satin ribbon. Then, in the center of the bottom side of the cap, you need to securely fix the white elastic band for the hair.
It remains to supplement the flower and the fan with beautiful centers and correct their petals.
