Let's get started. To begin with, pour 3 tablespoons of PVA glue into a disposable cup.

Then with a dry spoon add 5-6 tablespoons of starch.

Mix thoroughly the resulting mass. First, gently “drown” the starch in the glue, otherwise it will rise like a cloud of dust.

First, mix the mass with a spoon in a bowl, then you can continue to do this with your hands. Depending on the quality of the materials, you may need a different ratio of ingredients, but in the end the resulting mass should be smooth in appearance and not stick to your hands. It is also necessary to add a small amount of hand cream, this will not only give a pleasant smell, but also reduce the “stickiness” to the hands.

Now you can start the fun part. While porcelain has not yet dried, we form various figures out of it, here it is hearts, cat faces and just round blanks.

We leave it all to dry for about 3-4 hours, after two hours you can put the blanks on the battery, so they do not crack, as if you did it immediately after sculpting.
On dried figures with a pencil, we make sketches of patterns and faces.

Now is the time to use paint.

Also at the final stage you can varnish the work.

Depending on your wishes, you can easily turn these products into fridge magnets, a collection of painted “pebbles” or funny muzzles.
Good luck in the work!

Thank you for the wonderful article! A little prehistory was fond of and am fond of modeling from salt dough and I look at different figures on this site and accidentally clicking not on modeling from salt dough but on modeling from cold porcelain and I saw very beautiful figures and wondered "How to make cold porcelain" After scratching my turnips, I climbed to look for the manufacture of cold porcelain, but I found nothing, unfortunately. The next day, "Wham!" and an instinct for its manufacture ?! Tomorrow I will go for the unworthy components ... Again, thank you for this instruction and for the idea)
P.S Wrote from the phone (small keys) there may be errors.

    Regards Vlad100.

Basically, the recipe also includes glycerin and petroleum jelly. It turns out they are optional? I want to make a figure. How strong is the product?
