The time for snoods is in full swing. Round snood scarves are worn in any season, only the pattern and the material from which it is made change. Therefore, the proverb is quite applicable in your personal wardrobe: you can’t have too many snoods. Moreover, the models of these scarves are very diverse.
It's still winter, and even in the first weeks of spring you need warm, wrapping scarves. And if you are excited about the idea of a new snood, then inspect your yarn storage rooms for wool or wool blend threads for knitting.

And for snood we choose light and pleasant to the touch yarn “Azalea” from the Trinity factory, 40% merino and 60% acrylic, section dyed with a soft color transition in the aqua spectrum.
A trumpet scarf or a narrow snood is characterized by the fact that it does not need to be wound in layers, it is simply put on over the head and, due to the drapery, it looks like a lush and rather dense collar. It can also be worn on the head as a hood.A narrow snood should not be dense, it will be uncomfortable; on the contrary, it is knitted airy, easily forming soft, warm folds.
We select the width of the snood in accordance with the collar area, i.e. it should fit freely over the head, but at the same time cover the neck well. For the intended pattern, the number of loops must be a multiple of 7. For yarn 270 m per 100 g, use hook N 5.
We cast on 68 loops, close them in a ring, add 2 loops for lifting. We knit two circles with single crochets, and then perform knitting according to the scheme: *5 tbsp. double crochet, 2 chain stitches*. When the circle is completely knitted, in the second round the repeat should shift 2 stitches to the left. Thus, the pattern with 2 air loops will go in a spiral.
We continue knitting to a height of 45 rows. We also complete the knitting with two rows of single crochets.
We decorate the edge of the snood.
To do this, we use a simple technique of small air arches, which we make in the form of cloves. The knitting pattern is as follows: the field of the final single crochet of the previous row, add 1 loop for lifting, then knit *4 chain loops, knit the last one into the same base loop from which the arch began, 3 single crochets*.

In addition to these, the most traditional types of yarn, yarn is also made from the wool of camel, yak, and also dogs of various long-haired breeds. Each type of wool has special heat-saving qualities and practicality in the product, so each needlewoman needs to choose yarn for work in accordance with her preferences.
