I propose to cook an interesting jelly with a voluminous flower inside. They can easily surprise guests, because they are unlikely to have seen this somewhere. At first, you don’t have to guess how exactly this flower is made. Someone thinks that this is a real peony or chrysanthemum hidden in jelly. Everything turns out to be much simpler than you thought and these flowers can be prepared in a matter of minutes, than now we will do.
To make jelly with flowers you need:
- gelatin;
- water;
- lemon;
- carrot;
- cherries, raspberries or beets;
- milk;
- disposable medical syringes with needles 2 pcs.
1. First you need to make the basis for jelly. It can be made on the eve of the preparation of the main jelly, because it also needs time to solidify. It should be as transparent as possible, but also have some kind of taste. I propose to make lemon jelly as a base.
For this, 1 tbsp. Soak gelatin in cold water, then transfer it to a bowl with 200 ml of hot water. Stir the water until the gelatin is completely dissolved, add lemon juice and sugar to taste.
2. Pour the main jelly on transparent bowls and put in a cool place to freeze.

3. Now you need to do color jelly.
In order to achieve orange color, it is necessary to extract juice and carrots. To do this, grate the carrots on a fine grater or squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. You will need a little juice, so carrots are also needed alone.

8. First you need to form the middle. To do this, take a syringe with an orange liquid and pierce the jelly vertically, squeeze out a little fluid and pull out the needle, you get one pestle. Parallel to it, form the remaining pestles from a syringe.

9. Now you need to form the flower petals. Depending on the type of flower, the petals can be thin and wide. For a thin petal, it is necessary to perform actions similar to a pestle, and for a wide petal, pierce the needle and draw it parallel to form a flat petal. By changing the angle of inclination, it will turn out to form a lot of petals.

A thin layer of jelly will harden in literally 10 minutes.
10. To remove the jelly from the bowl, you need to put it in a bowl of hot water for a few seconds, and then turn it on a plate. The image shows how voluminous flowers can result. Using different color liquids, you can depict other types of colors.
