For the manufacture of a clip “Lush daisy” you will need:
- hairclip.
- tape about 25 mm wide, yellow.
- glue gun.
- stamens for flowers of a light green shade.
- white tape with a width of at least 50 mm.
- finishing yellow mesh.
- leaves for a decor from a tape of light green color with a gold thread on the edges.
- the cabochon.
- contour with yellow sparkles.
Making a hair clip.
First you need to prepare to make blanks from a white tape, the width of which should be at least 50 mm. It is necessary to cut parts from it with a side length of 5 cm. 25 such pieces will be required.
Then triangles should be made from each part, folding them along the diagonal.
Now the corners of the parts need to be wrapped to the middle starting from the right side.
Then you need to repeat the action, but now from the left edge.
The result is rectangular parts with fold bands in the middle. These two lines will be a guideline for further action. Exactly in these bands, the parts must be bent in half.
Thin corners need to be cut off and immediately treated with fire.
Now, along the entire length of the petal, you need to leave 0.6 cm of tape, cut off the excess and scorch it with fire, connecting all the fabric additions.
It turns out long and narrow petals.
Similar parts for clamping need 25 pieces.
White petals should be glued together, forming an even circle from them.
Now you need to make the middle for chamomile. The middle is a small yellow flower with added stamens. The petals for this flower are created in the same sequence as the part for chamomile, differ only in length. Since yellow petals should be made from a tape 25 mm wide, their length will be 1.5 cm. In total, 8 such petals must be made. They need to be joined by gluing into a small circle.
Stamens with light green tips should be attached to the resulting yellow flower. The middle of the flower needs to be complemented with a cabochon.
Now it is necessary to cut a long strip from the yellow finishing grid with parameters of 3x20 cm. Next, along the edge, you need to sew a line with small stitches using a regular sewing needle and reinforced thread.
The resulting line now needs to be tightened strongly, to form folds and join together both short sections, forming a circle.
On top of the received part, it is necessary to fix the yellow flower, placing it strictly in the center.
It turns out a magnificent center for chamomile, it remains to fix it on a workpiece of white petals.
Next, you need to supplement the flower with leaves, distributing them evenly along the wrong side of the flower. Then from a tape of green color you need to make a circle with a diameter of 40 mm. It will be the basis for chamomile and close the edges of the petals.
The created base should be fixed on the bottom of the flower. Then on top of this circle, you need to glue the hair clip, attaching it to the center of the daisy.
It remains to straighten the petals and the grid and decorate the daisy with golden sparkles.
