For this, I suggest you sew here such a simple and easy-to-use cap. which will be not only an ornament, but it can be worn instead of a hat, as it is made of fleece and is very warm. We will need fleece blue and white, threads blue and white, as well as a pompom. but instead of a pompom I took tinsel.
First of all, measure the circumference of your head. I got 58. I draw a triangle on the fabric, the base of which is half the circumference of the head, that is 29. I made 50 cm in height, raised the base at a distance of 8 cm at the base, it turned out not to be a triangle, this is done for beauty and convenience otherwise it will not be beautiful and uncomfortable to sew a white strip. It turned out at the base a rectangle of size 29 * 8, only then comes the triangle.

From white fleece, we cut 2 rectangles the size of a rectangle at the base

We begin the assembly of the cap. For this, we fold the main parts with the front side inwards and stitch them on the sides.
