In anticipation of the New Year holidays, each of us certainly wants to decorate our home in some special way. And it is not at all necessary to run around shops and markets in search of beautiful objects. You can do a lot of things yourself with virtually no material costs. I just caught my eye on the remains of wallpaper, which I immediately decided to use. After all, you can always make wonderful New Year’s decorations from waste material, and then decorate your home with them. For example, such a simple three-dimensional Christmas tree made from wallpaper can complement the New Year’s interior of an apartment or office.
Volumetric Christmas tree

It can be done in a matter of minutes without much effort or special skills. All we need is desire and a little imagination.

Materials for creativity:
Volumetric Christmas tree

•a piece of wallpaper the size of a landscape sheet;
•scissors;
•glue stick (you can take PVA, wallpaper glue or “Moment”);
•ruler;
•pen (or pencil);
•Christmas tree template;
•material for decorating the finished Christmas tree (tinsel, satin ribbon bow).

Operating procedure:
First of all, we put a template on the wrong side of the wallpaper, trace it with a pen and cut out three identical parts.

Using a ruler, mark two symmetrical lines on all parts from the top of the Christmas tree to the very bottom.

We bend the “sides” of the parts to the front side along the drawn lines.

We coat them with glue from the inside out and connect the two parts. Then glue the third one and connect it to the first one.

We place the almost finished Christmas tree vertically and glue the tops of all three sides.

Now all that remains is to decorate it by gluing bright figures (borrowed from tinsel) and a bow.

And our Christmas tree, only 9 cm high, is ready to become a part of the New Year’s interior.

If desired, you can make the Christmas tree larger, it all depends on the original size of the template.
