To make this flower, take the materials:
- A dense fabric of synthetic fibers of red color.
- silk fabric of green shade.
- a soldering iron with a thin tip.
- a piece of ceramic tile.
- a needle with a thread.
- medium size hair clip.
- a small iron ruler.
- a small piece of thin wire.
- glue gun.
- foil.
- A little green corrugated paper.
- cardboard.
- scissors.
- a candle.
At the beginning of the work we draw templates of our composition. Petals in the form of a droplet cut from below. Large will be 5.5 x 4.5 cm in size, and small 4.5 x 4.5 cm. Still need a small droplet of 3 x 2 cm, a rectangle of 26 x 8 cm in size, two types of leaves. A larger blank consists of 3 leaves joined together in a size of 10 x 8 cm, and in a small template there will be 2 sheets fastened together and its size is 8 x 6 cm.
We proceed to the cutting of the red fabric. We will work with a ceramic soldering iron. We start with a rectangle measuring 26 x 8 cm. Then we place it horizontally with its long side and use vertical rulers to cut vertical strips 0.6 cm wide inside this workpiece. Not reaching the edge above and below 0.5 cm.
Then, using templates made of cardboard, we cut out peony petals from the same fabric. Larger size will be 12 pieces, and smaller blanks in the amount of 22 blanks.
Now we take a silk green fabric and according to the leaf pattern we cut out 1 large and two small blanks. And already in the finished leaves, additionally in arbitrary form, in the wide part, we cut holes.
Further, from the same fabric, we cut strips across the width of the iron ruler, which we divide 5 cm long.
From such strips we make triangles, cutting them diagonally. And then in each triangle we fold the lower wide side, fixing also with a soldering iron.
We light a regular candle, take the red petals and give them a new shape with the help of fire. We heat the edge of the petal and on small blanks we fold it with the accordion a little while scrolling with our fingers, and in large blanks we twist the tube inward.
To assemble the peony, we take a cut rectangle, 12 petals of two sizes and 3 green leaves.
Let's start with a big blank. Fold the rectangle in half to make an uncut fringe, and make small stitches at the junction with a needle and thread. Then this piece is pulled a little thread.
Now we take the glue gun and fasten this blank by twisting it in a circle. The middle peony turned out.
We take small petals and glue them to the resulting middle in a circle in two rows of 6 pieces.
After that, it's time for the big petals. They are also glued in two rows.
We will continue the work by gluing several green triangles, placing the flower upside down.
It remains on top of this to stick 3 large sheets.
Peony is ready. But in our composition there are two more buds.
For them, according to the pattern of a small droplet of green silk, we also cut out 10 blanks with a soldering iron and twist their edges over the fire.
Now let's start assembling a long bud. Take 5 small petals, 5 green new blanks, a ball of foil 10 x 10 cm.
We fix the foil on a piece of thin wire, glue tightly red petals.
And then on top we attach 5 green petals, arranging them in a circle.
We attach 3 small triangles to the base of the bud, and glue the wire with a strip of corrugated paper.
But we still need one bud without wire.
Now we take a hair clip and fasten these buds on it, place a short wire without wire at the beginning of the base, and bend 90 degrees in the long one and attach it to the first one, place the remaining piece of wire along the clip.But from the wrong side, we definitely make an additional tie from silk.
Then we glue the peony next to the buds, making additional fastening to the base.
The decoration is ready.
