Warm and beloved summer time is the time for weddings. It is every year, since the beginning of summer, a lot of marriages are made. Everyone differently prefers to celebrate even weddings. Some couples love a quiet home environment with their parents and closest relatives and friends. Others throw up lush events with hundreds of invited guests, and some even prefer to go just to sign and go on a romantic trip together. It all depends on the budget, the situation, and generally on human priorities. But the most important thing is one, no one has ever canceled congratulations, and even if there was no celebration itself, you can always congratulate the young and just like that. It does not have to be something expensive, the most important thing is that it should be from the heart and tasteful and left a long memory in their married life. The main presentThese are congratulatory words in a wedding card. In order for your present to present some zest, you can make a delicate postcard in tiffany color with your own hands. This color is very popular in the wedding season of 2015. Therefore, you must admit that nothing will please and surprise the young, since the postcard is very interesting handmade. Moreover, those gifts that are made with their own hands have become very valuable and rare now. So now we are going to make a card in such an interesting technique as scrapbooking.

Getting started now and we take the following for this:
• Watercolor paper A4 format, one sheet;
• Paper for scrapbooking colors from the set of "Tiffany" and "Delicate Shebby", 4 different sheets;
• Wedding pictures: newlyweds, swans and a box with rings;
• Felling of the color of tiffany: a large hollow heart, a middle heart and a small hollow, butterflies;
• Polymer jewelry in white and tiffany: heart frame with roses, roses, lilies;
• Stamens complex with beige and tiffany glitter;
• Latex roses white and tiffany;
• Salad paper hydrangea;
• Fabric flowers small tiffany colors;
• Satin and organza ribbons of different widths of tiffany color;
• Tiffany cotton lace;
• White ribbon with small pompons;
• White beads, turquoise and tiffany;
• Stamp "Happy Wedding Day";
• Tools: PVA glue, double-sided tape, ruler, lighter, pencil, scissors, elastic, hole punch, flower and lace.

The shape of the postcard is interesting, so first cut out its base. Lay the sheet horizontally. We divide it into three parts: 7.5 cm, 15 cm and 7.5 cm.

On the sides we retreat 10 cm from the bottom and 2.5 cm from the top. Under the ruler we connect these lines with each other. We draw two bends and fold the base like this.

We cut off the excess corners and make the top and sides of the base floral thanks to the hole punch.

From the inside, on the sides, in the center, glue on a satin strip;

Now we will cut decor from scrap paper.

We cut off such different shapes for interior and exterior decoration. We cut a small rectangle under a pocket for money.

We make the individual remaining stripes lace and flower, glue them on the finished figures as an additional decor with PVA glue. We get such parts here. Now we stamp the inscription itself, round off the pictures and tint everything with an ink pad.

From a watercolor we cut out a figure with rounded edges, we tint it and glue it in the center of the card for inscription. We glue the pictures and the inscription on the figures and sew each one with a machine.
