home » Useful and interesting "From a plastic bottle. . .

And one more product joins the section of crafts made from plastic bottles.

We have a rather funny and interesting piggy bank in the photo. Is not it?

Making such a piggy bank from scrap materials is quite simple.

For this we need 6 plastic bottles (one and a half liter) and 8 bolts (screws) with nuts. They can be taken from a children's construction set.

You need to cut off the necks of plastic bottles so that when put together you get a ball. We connect all bottle necks to each other with screws. To hold the screw while tightening, press it from the inside with your finger (through the neck).

All! The parts were held together well.

I bring to your attention another stand for pencils, pens and other stationery.
It is made from a plastic bottle, preferably some kind of carved or patterned one, so that it is not so banal :-).
The top edge of the bottle (cut line) can be edged with a piece of rubber or electrical tape.
That's all !
A rather original and practical thing can be made from a plastic bottle.

The cover can be used in different ways.In my opinion, it is suitable for storing brushes, as shown in the picture; some parts and tools can be folded (drills, screwdrivers, small objects). You can also collect wild berries in it, use it as a container for transporting aquarium fish and much more. :-)

Making a case is easy! We will need:

plastic bottle,
zipper from clothes or handbags, rivets (can be sewn),
lace.

We cut the plastic bottle as shown in the figure. We sew the zipper halves (or shoot them with rivets) to the bottle halves. Fasten the cover of the case.

We can make a hole in the cork and thread the lace through, tying a knot at the inner end.

Ready! The result is a case with a handle in the form of a cord.

I confirm the practicality of using a bottle as a case: I made a pencil case. I sewed on the zipper, but it didn't turn out as neatly as in the photo. But the idea is very successful; the pencil case has come to the rescue more than once on trips.
