At first it seems that these beautiful flowers are glued together from several details. But such a flower can be folded from a square sheet of one-sided colored paper in literally half an hour. In the center of the flower you see the back (white) side of the paper. The most difficult moment of assembly is the final phase. But thanks to step-by-step photos, this can also be easily dealt with. The main thing is to carefully consider the photos.
Work sequence.
Fold the square diagonally in half (the white side will be inside) and expand.
Fold the sheet along the second diagonal.
Again, unfold the sheet and bend it horizontally in half.
Expand the sheet, rotate it 90 ° and fold it in half again.
You will get a square with such folds.
Turn it with the white side up. Bend the bottom of the square in half, aligning its edge with a horizontal fold.
Expand it and rotate it clockwise 90 °.
Fold the bottom of the square in half again to the midline.
Repeat the steps shown in photos 8-9 two times. You will get a square in the center of which there is another square, but smaller. It is indicated by dashed lines.
Lift the two nearest sides of the square over the edge and connect to each other, making a large fold.
Bend the edges without releasing the folds into the center of the workpiece.
Iron this fold to the left.
Then bend the crease in the opposite direction and iron the fold again.
Open the crease.
In expanded form, press to the workpiece. You will get a small square.
Do the same with the remaining three corners (photo 11-16). This will result in a blank with four small squares.
Now you need to add each of these squares in a special way to make the petals. Bend the top leaf of the square from the center to the top, folding it in half.
Expand it and bend so that its angle coincides with the center of the square.
Expand again. Now bend the sheet so that the fold is between the already formed folds (shown by the dashed line).
As you can see, both folds coincided.
Bend the right side of the square to the left. Fold it in half along the dashed line, starting from the center crafts.
Return to the starting position, that is, to the right. You made one side of the petal.
To make the second side of the petal, turn the left side of the square to the right (the white part of the sheet will be inside).
Fold this moving part in half as well.
Return to starting position. You will get one petal. From the remaining squares, make three more petals.
You get such a figure.
Now you need to bend the edge of the square to the middle along the dashed lines.
Fold the upper petals in half so that they do not interfere, and bend the edge of the square on the left to the diagonal line. But iron the fold only until it intersects with another fold (shown by arrow).
Expand the workpiece and fold the right side as well.
You get such a fold.
Also bend the other sides. Here is such, so far formless form, your craft will have.
Turn it over to the other side.
Grasp the corner (where the pointer is) and hold it between your fingers so that the nearest petals - they are clearly visible from below - are connected to each other (shown by an arrow).
In the place where you kept the craft, make a crease. She will fix the flower in position.
Between this and the next petal from the wrong side, make the same fold.
When you fasten the flower with four folds, your workpiece will be folded in this way.
Turn the workpiece over to the front side. Expand each petal by pulling them over the sides of the square bent inward.
You will get a folded flower.
Bend the large petals outward, and the inner (white), on the contrary, slightly bend toward the center.
