On St. Day On Valentine's Day, everyone tries to give each other little romantic souvenirs with various hearts, kisses and flowers. Which will be the embodiment of the most sincere wishes. As a rule, it is the red color that symbolizes love, passion, and strong feelings. Therefore, gifts presented on this day should be in this color scheme. We offer you a master class on making a beautiful heart from corrugated paper on a wire stand. The craft turns out bright and attractive.

To work, you need to prepare the following materials:
- a piece of thick cardboard (you can take a paper box and cut a rectangle from it);
- a low tin can (preferably canned fish);
- a piece of dense wire that bends easily (about 50 cm);
- double-sided narrow tape;
- red corrugated paper (paper napkins can also be used);
- scissors and stationery knife;
- PVA glue;
- plasticine;
- various red ribbons.

need to prepare

First you need to take the wire and give it the desired shape. You can twist it into a small spiral at the top and bend it in the center. You can leave it flat and only tilt the top edge slightly. There are plenty of options.Then you should use plasticine to secure the wire in the center of the tin can. Instead of plasticine, you can fill the container with liquid cement or alabaster (plaster). They just need to dry out for about a day.

shape the wire

Wrap the wire along its entire length with corrugated paper or napkins. To secure them, it is better to use PVA glue. Let the layer of paper be larger, so the wire will gain volume.

Wrap the wire

Now you need to decorate the tin can. You can beautifully and neatly wrap it in a thick red napkin and tie it with an organza ribbon, tying a bow on the side. Looks great. If you want, cover it with transparent fabric or paint it with acrylic paints.

In the center of each workpiece, you need to cut out a small heart using a stationery knife. These two blanks are needed for subsequent work.

Glue them together using double-sided tape. And move on to decorating. First, it is better to wrap the heart with corrugated paper around the entire perimeter to hide the base crafts. You can use a wide satin ribbon for this purpose.

Then wrap the workpiece with a beautiful thread and glue three homemade paper roses. They are easy to make from a paper circle, cut in a spiral and glued in the center.
And tie a thin red ribbon on top.

All you have to do is hang the heart on a wire stand. You need to correctly calculate the height of the wire and the size of the heart so that the work looks organic.
