The uniformity of Chinese children's erasers is not to everyone's taste. If you have perseverance and are willing to spend a couple of hours to decorate your hair with beautiful flowers on elastic bands, then this work is for you. Handmade things will always be beneficial to highlight their owner, because they not only have an interesting design, but also a particle of the soul. When creating a hair ornament, immediately identify the colors that suit you. It is advisable to use two colors, then you can highlight individual points in the work, emphasize each tier of petals. Be sure to choose the colors of the same saturation, if I took a soft pink, then the second color will be cold - steel.
To work, you need a satin ribbon, the width of the ribbon is about 4 cm. Get 30 cm of lace, it will add tenderness to the work. You will also need the middle in the form of flowers from rhinestones and the elastic bands themselves, on which you need to fix the flowers. Stock up with glue sticks that are inserted into a special gun, it is very convenient to fasten layers of flowers with such glue. We need a lighter for singeing the edges and a wood burner, it is very convenient for them to fuse the layers of the petal together.



Cut the tape into squares. This can be done either with a burner, or with scissors. In the second case, it is necessary to scorch the edges with a lighter.



We begin to form petals for the base of the flower. To do this, fold in one of the corners of the cut square as in the picture.



Cut the corner where the crease is bent and cauterize the edge. It takes 16 pink angular petals and 8 steel.



Stick the petals in a circle. Try to observe a certain sequence - a couple of layers of pink, one steel circle, and on top a few more pink.



Now make the petals for a larger layer of the flower. To do this, you need 7 more pink blanks. Each bend in the middle, but askew.



Then bend the edges to the middle of the lower edge of the former square.



We bend the work along the midline and fix it, for example, you can clamp it with tweezers or nails.



All the lower layers are soldered with a hot burner. To do this, simply draw a line under the metal ruler at the base. You should get such a petal.



Press on its back side, and then a peculiar pocket is formed. Paste glue into this gap and immediately squeeze the petal so that it takes the desired shape.




Glue the petals in a circle. But glue is only their edge, which is closer to the center of the flower, and lace will pass under the outer edge.



In the same way we create petals for the inner layer of the flower, but we don’t drip the glue, but rather we singe the back of the petal a little.



We sew 8 steel petals into a flower with a thread and immediately glue it in the middle. The center is decorated with rhinestones.



Now we glue lace under the pink petals, which will add some lightness and add volume.



It remains to turn the work over and stick on pink, white or gray elastic.
