Materials:
To create a vampire lady or demoness you will need:
- Waste doll.
- Wide and narrow satin ribbons - 5 m each. Lighter.
- A lot of beads, bugles and beads.
- Thick wire.
- Double sided tape.

New life of a doll: preparation and repainting
Transforming a doll is a simple process, but very laborious, so you should prepare for a series of evenings that you will have to spend with the craft.
To begin with, old doll hair is removed - they are cut and pulled out.
It is necessary to wipe all factory paint from the face.
Recolor all the details of the doll in the desired color. White paint is suitable for the vampire lady. It’s worth repainting after adding all the necessary fantastic details.
Paint the body and face. The doll's eyes are black with vertical white-silver pupils. Spot painting on the face makes the image unearthly. Fix finished parts with varnish.
Hair is cut from acrylic threads. Strands can be decorated with beads. The process will be time-consuming: put each strand into a needle and insert into the head - two “curls” are obtained from one thread. The hairstyle is unusual if the strands are wound around the horns.
Fantastic details
A fantasy doll is made with details: horns, elven ears, tail and wings.
Ears: Ears are formed from white polymer clay. The doll’s head is soft and sticking to them will be difficult, so it’s better to make holes for sewing. Cooked ears to cook - bake too long.
Horns: formed from 6 strips of polymer clay, compressed together in the middle. Then with a sharp object, relief and holes for sewing are applied. If there is no black polymer clay, the part is boiled and then painted.
Tail: The tip of the tail is made of polymer clay.
A tail of the required length is formed with a thick wire, to give volume, the part is wrapped with thread, pieces of double-sided tape are glued along the entire length and twisted with a thin tape over the sticky surface.
It is better to burn the edges of the tape with a lighter so that the fiber does not open. The item is decorated with beads. A piece of wire should be left on the tail for fastening.
Wings: made of wire and satin ribbons. In mirror reflection, two frames are twisted from wire and wrapped with thick thread for volume.
Sections of double-sided tape are pointwise attached to the thread, a narrow satin ribbon is carefully wound on top of it.
The membranes between the wings are made of pieces of wide ribbons: they are fastened with adhesive tape to the canvas.
Adhesive tape is used for temporary fixation and for stiffening. To make the details neat, a diagram is drawn on the wing frame. The edges of the tapes are fired. Then the membranes are sewn to the frame - this is possible thanks to the tape winding.
All irregularities are decorated with beads or glass beads, both from the outside and from the inside.
Finishing touches
The wings and tail are fixed to the body by the remnants of the wire.
The clothes are made of ribbons - you can stick them and sew them directly on the doll’s body, decorate them with beads and beads.
If the wings are not standing, you can go for a trick: fasten the key points of the wing with a thin fishing line by threading it over your head. The doll will stand on a triple support: legs, tail and stand from a sushi stick. At the end of the stick, fasten the wire and apply camouflage of thread and tape.
Fix the support stick under the tail or at the waist.
