For this we need:
1.Waterproof LED strip.
2. Holders for 9v batteries.
3. Two 9v batteries.
4. A pair of switch buttons.
5. Silicone sealant or hot melt adhesive.
First of all, we cut the LED strip into the segments that we paste between the needles, I got 36 segments for each wheel.
Next, glue the segments of the LED strip between the spokes on each wheel and proceed to the process of soldering it.
After the LED strip has been soldered, we will connect the power supply - solder a couple of wires at the end of the LED strip and output them through the power button to the battery holder, the holder itself is fixed to the wheel shaft with a steel clip, now it remains only to fix the wires with the switch along the knitting needle and seal soldered contacts on the LED strip using hot melt adhesive or silicone sealant.
We check the performance and set off to ride around the night city ...
