The materials needed to make such a box are available in every home. You also need a little patience and accuracy.
For work you will need: blue fabric, padding polyester, scissors, threads, a needle, a plastic jar of cottage cheese, a golden ribbon, large multi-colored beads, a ruler.
Robot order.
1. First you need to prepare a plastic jar. It must be washed well and wiped dry.
2. Cut a circle from blue fabric. The diameter of the circle should be equal to the sum of the diameter of the jar, twice the height of the jar plus 4 centimeters. For example, if the diameter of the jar is 10 cm and the height is 6 cm, then the diameter of the circle = 10 + 6x2 +4 = 26 centimeters.
3. Gather the circle around the edge so that you get a bag that can easily fit a plastic jar inside.
4. Place the prepared plastic jar in the resulting bag and fill the space between the walls of the jar and the fabric with padding polyester. Tighten and secure the thread.
5. Cut another circle from blue fabric.The diameter of the circle should be equal to the sum of the diameter of the jar, double the height of the jar, plus 2 centimeters. For example, if the diameter of the jar is 10 cm and the height is 6 cm, then the diameter of the circle = 10 + 6x2 +2 = 24 centimeters.
6. Gather the circle along the edge onto a thread. Place the resulting bag into a plastic jar.
7. Carefully sew the outer and inner circle, turning the edges inward. The base for the box is ready.
8. Take a wide golden ribbon. Wrap the ribbon around the box and tie a beautiful lush bow.
9. To prevent the edges of the tape from unraveling, they need to be processed. To do this, light a match and quickly draw along the cuts. The cuts will melt and will not unravel.
10. Now you need to make a lid for the box. To do this, take a plastic lid and try it on the box. If it protrudes beyond the edges of the box, then the lid can be trimmed a little.
11. Cut a circle from blue fabric, the diameter of which should be twice the diameter of the lid. For example, if the diameter of the lid is 10 cm, then the diameter of the circle should be 20 centimeters (10x2 = 20 cm).
12. Place a lid in the center of the fabric circle and a little padding polyester on top.
13. Gather a circle of fabric along the edge, tighten and secure the thread.
14. All that remains is to decorate the lid - sew large multi-colored beads at the top.
The elegant box is ready.
