To create spectacular decorations on the car you will need quite a bit:
- hard tulle;
- satin ribbons: wide white and thin green;
- artificial flowers.
- green and white threads, a needle, scissors.
To create this type of jewelry on a car, two types of flower garlands and artificial roses were purchased individually in the artificial flowers department.
Jewelry on the car is V-shaped with a length of each strip 1.7 m.
At the very beginning, it is necessary to measure four strips of hard tulle with a width of 20 cm and a length of 3.5 m. It is not necessary to buy 3.5 meters of tulle. Depending on the cut-off width purchased, you can take a smaller amount of material, cut off more strips and grind them together. The resulting stripes are alternately stitched in the center, forming folds.
We iron each fold well and sew two strips together, getting a ribbon with pleats 3.4 meters long. After that, we take a wide satin ribbon 3.8 meters long, center it along the fold band and sew three times: in the center and along the edges.
For more convenient fastening of tapes on the hood of the car, you need to leave 20 cm of tape at the edges.
Fold the strip in half, form a corner that is well sewn.
Two ribbons 40 cm long must be sewn onto the corner of the composition, which will be tied to the grill of the machine.
Getting to the decor. We take a green ribbon 3.4 meters long, fold it in half, and divide the garland with roses into an even number of parts, which, at regular intervals, we string on a green ribbon and sew to tulle.
We do the same with the second garland - daisies. We divide it into equal pieces, with which we fill the gaps between the roses from the first garland, sewing on tulle.
In the process of sewing on the flowers, it is necessary to raise, so that the inflorescences cover as many gaps as possible.
The final touch is decorating with piece roses. These flowers are necessary in order to close the gaps, which could not cope with flowers that are already sewn to tulle. We take each rose and sew in the place where there are not enough flowers.
In this form, the tape can already be used as an independent decoration. However, in order to decor the car was more spectacular, we add to the center a floral arrangement bought in advance with garlands.
The composition is not firmly fixed to the grill with which it is sold.
Straighten each flower and sew on the corner of a V-shaped ribbon with flowers.
